MARIO BAVA: ALL THE COLORS OF THE DARK
Tim Lucas delivered his epic length (over 1000 pages), meticulously researched Mario Bava biography which is also an invaluable film reference book and history of Italian genre cinema from the silent era to the 1980s. I'm not the most objective reader since I was gratified to be a minor contributor to both of these massive tomes but I don't think anyone will be disappointed after acquiring these.
